Excellent technical knowledge backed up by a quality installation. The system is meeting expectations and set-up after install was very simple. Very happy with the end result.

I 100% recommend anyone to engage Energy Base for their Solar or energy needs, Andrew behind the front counter has been most helpful with any of my off-grid parts and technical questions, Brendan, Jess & Peter have helped me overcome some challenges after another company's system began underperforming. The Technicians who came out and completed the works did a great job and took the time to explain things. I should have purchased my original system from Energy Base Mackay, they don't oversell their systems, they deliver as promised!

They were highly recommended to me by an electrician turned solar panel business owner who no longer lives in Mackay. I found Bob the sales guy to conduct himself most professionally. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Installation was also conducted professionally. So far so good 🙂.

I got a 13.2kw system installed through energy base, great communication throughout the whole process and the tradies who installed it were efficient and did a neat job.
